Our plans to regenerate a 2 hectre area of derelict land abutting London’s Greenbelt
was granted planning earlier this year. Working with the sloping site, we designed
elegant, terraced housing to give an open aspect to each of the 115 residential
units, and discreet undercroft parking. This terracing, and the positioning of a
road around the perimeter of the site, has created a predominantly pedestrian residential
development. It has also allowed for 3,500 sq m of B1/B2 commercial space.
