Sutton Griffin’s proposals will transform the former Sun Chemical factory site into a residentially led mixed-use redevelopment. The 2 hectare area will accommodate 212 residential homes; a 90 bed care home; crèche and small offices set around open amenity spaces and a pocket park. The plans submitted to Hertfordshire Council combine contemporary urban design with public realm integration and sustainability.
