Originally designed by Sutton Griffin as a speculative building we modified the
design to create a 3,900 sq ft factory and office building for the in-coming tenant,
a German automotive components manufacturer. The steel production and warehouse
area was divided into four working components and a clear height of 12 metres was
provided for each operating area. The two storey office area, which fronts the industrial
building, is clad with a profiled metal composite panels with integral brise soleil.
