The design for this development will provide a landmark building adjacent to Gibraltar Airport, enhancing the arrival experience for visitors to the peninsula. It’s an imaginative solution for a 254 room hotel with a retail and commercial complex which will provide a busy focal point for a previously under-used area. The section profile has been completed in a curve, perpendicular to the runway, to allow noise to be displaced across the building.
