Our architects are well versed in the design of technology parks, and have experience of masterplanning both new parks and the expansion of existing areas.

Given that these sorts of developments are often situated on the edge of settlements, alongside the scale of their built form, the landscape setting is of the utmost importance, and so our concepts are intimately connected with the landscape strategy. The basic development concept for ARM’s new headquarters is for adaptive reuse of the site, reinforcing the existing topography and buildings, and delivering a unique place for a world class organisation. Buildings are shown to be of courtyard garden or atrium type with floorplates allowing for natural ventilation. All floors are designed for maximum letting flexibility, both horizontally and vertically.

Green roofs allow complete integration between built form and local topography, alleviating landscape and visual sensitivities, as well as offering flood reduction and biodiversity benefits.
