The proposals prepared by our architects, will transform the former Sun Chemical factory site at Cow Lane into a residentially led mixed-use redevelopment.

The two hectare area will accommodate 212 residential homes, a 90-bed care home, crèche and a selection of small offices, set around open amenity spaces and a pocket park.

The plans submitted to Hertfordshire Council combine contemporary urban design with public realm integration and sustainability. The residential accommodation is designed to comply with Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and the commercial properties to achieve BREEAM Very Good.
