Our designs for a major mixed-use development will regenerate a central area of Newbury, formerly dominated by service yards and car parking. The 5.7 acre Parkway site with its strong links to the rest of the town, and the green open space of Victoria Park, will be transformed into a vibrant retail quarter. Seven individual blocks, with open pedestrian streets between, will create an attractive new urban destination featuring a main shopping street, squares and a landmark residential building. Parkway is part of West Berkshire District Council’s vision for ‘attractive and vibrant town centres’ in Newbury.
